We have extensive experience with lease documents and have established a library of leases to share with our clients. Our broad knowledge of tenant improvements and costs associated with material and labor for tenant improvements assists in cost savings to our clients. Because of our firm grasp of the market, we have an accurate understanding of lease rates in office, retail, and industrial properties both historically and current.   8. Be present for every showing
  9. Provide constant updates to Landlord
  10. Negotiate lease transaction
  11. Assist with lease preparation & tenant improvements
